A US man was sucked into a sausage seasoning machine.
The worker - who was cleaning the vacuum-type apparatus which is used to season the meat at DiLigui Sausage Co in Danvers, Massachusetts - somehow accidentally activated it, before being sucked inside up to his shoulders.
According to police, he was freed from the machine after raising the alarm and amazingly showed no obvious sign of trauma.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is currently investigating the incident.
